Such a dangerous road

Please accept my sincere condolences regarding Sarah & Lauren. I was at home when the accident occured very close to my home and I was extremely distressed at events. My own daughters (one of them called Sarah and currently aged 18) and my ex-wife almost died on the same road a few years ago. I would be greatful for any input regarding the recent accident as I am now approaching Harlow police and Epping Forest District council to try and prevent similar accidents occuring on this road in the future.
Once again, so upset regarding recent events.
